Negative feng shui?

Absolutely. There's the hill out back, for instance. The hill allows energy -- also known as ch'i -- to roll too quickly, thereby sweeping away good health, prosperity and good luck. And what makes things worse is that the home's main staircase runs from the second floor directly to the front door, allowing the ch'i to roll pell-mell down the front walk, whooshing away financial opportunities.
