Article: Comic's PC fairy tales find serious success

James Finn Garner has that slightly dazed, lottery-winner look of the regular guy who suddenly scores a huge success against all odds and expectations. He sat one afternoon last week, dressed in jeans and a many-colored casual shirt, in the lounge at Rocco's in Park Square, trying to be serious about what has happened to him.

It wasn't easy to be serious about it. Garner, 34, is the author of "Politically Correct Bedtime Stories," one of the nuttiest and oddest best sellers in recent memory.
