Article: Incan revival lures tourists back to Peru

CUZCO, Peru -- History is starkly spelled out in the architecture of this provincial capital of the Andes. The rooftops are all the curved red tile of the Spanish colonial era, but the foundations of many important buildings consist of a mortarless patchwork of huge gray stones -- the last remnants of the ancient Inca empire.
