The magazine story of the week is the mainstream outing of Jann
Wenner, the Rolling Stone publishing magnate and baby boom icon who
seemed to have long passed his hype peak. By last Friday, the juicy
story that Wenner had left his wife for a male 28-year-old Calvin
Klein designer and former model was fodder even for The Wall Street
Journal, which clothed its revelation in "business story"

company that publishes US, Men's Journal and Family Life as well as
Rolling Stone, appears to hinge on whatever Jane Wenner decides to do
