He will represent New England at the National AAU/USA Junior Olympic Championships in Cocoa Beach, Fla., Aug. 3-12. He has been named to the New England Mariners 14-and-under team. Last year he pitched for the Mariners 13-and-under team, which advanced to the gold medal round of the national tournament in Des Moines.
