Richard Weik and Karolina Jablonska-Burtt have joined H. L. Turner
Group Inc. in the Concord office. Weik is a project architect, and
Jablonska-Burtt is an architectural designer.
Thomas Raffio of Medfield, Mass., has been selected as the new
president of Northeast Delta Dental of Concord. He replaces James R.
Rhone, who has accepted the position of executive vice president of
Delta Dental Plan of Illinois.
Brenda L. Richards has been elected national corresponding
secretary for the Society of Design Administration. Richards is a
senior associate at JSA Inc. Architects Planners in Portsmouth.
