Ken Shelton wasn't unemployed for very long. The DJ, who was let
go from WZLX-FM (100.7) last June, has been hired by WBOS-FM (92.9)
to work weekday mornings starting Nov. 1. Shelton, who has worked at
various stations in Boston for the past two years, is perhaps best
known as the midday jock on WBCN-FM (104.1), where he worked for 13
years. "He brings a lot of loyal fans with him," said 'BOS program
director Jim Herron.
