A press release from OpSail 2000 recently announced that New
London, Conn., will host the international tall ship fleet July
11-16, 2000. A few days later, a press release from Tall Ships 2000
reminded everyone that the fleet would be in Boston July 11-16, 2000.
If you're confused, consider the plight of foreign naval attaches
in Washington, D.C., who try to help the captains of the world's
sailing behemoths plan ahead.
"I'm beginning to need a sense of humor," said Lieutenant Ignacio
