Fielding, arching an eyebrow as she scanned a menu of fruit-infused
and dense chocolate concoctions.
Ordering anything quite so caloric was out of the question for the
British journalist, author of "Bridget Jones's Diary." Her novel in
diary form hummed away on American bestseller lists all summer,
