Dr. Robert H. Talkov, former chief of the arthritis clinic at Beth
Israel Hospital in Boston, died of renal failure Monday in the
Hospice of West Palm Beach, Fla. He was 89.
Dr. Talkov was a senior visiting physician and chief of the
arthritis clinic at Beth Israel from 1940 to 1978. He also was an
assistant clinical professor of medicine at Harvard University.
A former resident of Newton, he moved to Florida in 1980 and was a
consultant to the Veterans Administration ...
