So what if Peter Frampton isn't in a position to charge the high ticket prices that some of his boomer-rock peers have demanded in recent years. Frampton still doesn't like it - and he's not about to withhold his criticism.

Frampton is keeping his prices very reasonable by rock-veteran standards. He headlines the South Shore Music Circus in Cohasset on Wednesday at prices of $34 and $26 - a fraction of the $250 gouging that was asked for the recently scuttled Diana Ross and the Supremes
