FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. - Eric Wynalda has probably played his last
game for the Revolution. Wynalda remained in Boston as the team
arrived for tonight's game against the Miami Fusion, and he will
likely be traded or waived.
"Up until now, Eric hasn't produced as expected," Revolution coach
Fernando Clavijo said. "We have a 16-player traveling squad, and I am
putting more value on some younger players.
"Last year, he did well enough to help us in a limited amount of
time. He had been injured, but all of us thought that when he was
healthy he would give us what we all know Eric is capable of. He is
healthy now."
But Wynalda has not appeared dangerous in the Revolution's first
