CAMBRIDGE - The Tallis Scholars, the world's most acclaimed purveyors of Renaissance polyphony, are regular visitors to Boston, yet to judge from the enthusiastic capacity crowd at St. Paul's Church Saturday night, they're a long way from wearing out their welcome.
