QUINCY - Nancy Scranton had a transoceanic decision to make. She could defend her title in the BJ's Charity Championship at Granite Links Golf Club or she could cross the pond to the British Women's Open at St. Andrews in Scotland.

"It was a tough choice," said Scranton, who participated in yesterday's pro-am tournament. "But I certainly didn't want to miss doing this again."
