Corrections: An article Feb. 15 incorrectly stated that a loan
application for the cable television company of
Arkansas Gov. Jim Guy Tucker and his wife Betty
included a document describing her disadvantaged
status. The document - - a "Determination of
Disadvantaged Small Business Concern" - - was
included by David Hale in the loan files of his Small
