Game 1 - Indians 5, Red Sox 4: The Sox had their chances to steal
home-field advantage, but Roger Clemens couldn't hold a 2-0 lead,
Rick Aguilera served up a tying homer to Albert Belle in the 11th,
and Zane Smith ended the marathon when Tony Pena took him deep in
the 13th.
Game 2 - Indians 4, Red Sox 0: Orel Hershiser turned the clock
back to 1988 and shut down the Sox, combining with three relievers
on a three-hitter. Eddie Murray's two-run homer off Erik Hanson in
the eighth was window dressing.
Game 3 - Indians 8, Red Sox 2: The sweep was a formality by the
sixth, when Cleveland's five-spot knocked out Tim Wakefield. Sox
