The sale of The Sunday Telegraph, The Daily Telegraph and The
Spectator to Sir Frederick and Sir David Barclay finally turns the
page toward a promising new era for these titles. But it's worth
dwelling for a moment on the Delaware Chancery Court decision that
led to the the Telegraph group finally being released from Lord
Black's once-mighty clutch on Friday - and the light it shed on the
eager buyers, the reluctant seller and the papers themselves.
