Last month, while swimming off the warm, sunny beaches of Antigua, I picked up a slim and athletic girl called Suzette. She was a great swimmer, but not much of a looker, with oily eyes raised like searchlights and her mouth a fleshy gash that could crush a clam.

Slate grey, with a smooth white belly, Suzette was almost five feet wide and incredibly friendly, but she also came with a deadly sting in her tail. And when I tried to get close to her, I found the sea was swarming with several of her super-fit boyfriends, who were all closely related to sharks, and each boasted two penises.
