This week Microsoft, the world's largest software company, will
launch one of its more important new products.
Gaming addicts across the world will be glued to their TV sets as
Microsoft unveils the successor to its Xbox console live on MTV.
The US company has gone to extraordinary lengths to keep details
of the games machine top secret. Not even the launch date has been
published. And no one has much of an idea about what the machine will
actually look like.
But a few titbits have leaked into the public domain. The console
is probably going to be called Xbox 360. It is thought to be designed
