Article: Republicans Say Altman Gave White House `Inside Information'

Senate Republicans charged yesterday that Deputy Treasury Secretary Roger C. Altman passed along "inside information" to the White House that could have hampered federal regulators from taking civil legal action that could directly affect the Clintons.
