Warren Moon was part of the most monumental collapse in NFL
playoff history. Given the chance to add a monumental regular season
collapse to his resume, he didn't.
Moon's Minnesota Vikings blew a 28-0 lead today but recovered
to go ahead on Scottie Graham's three-yard touchdown run with 7:25
to play and held on for a 38-35 victory over the Miami Dolphins.
Moon, in his first season with the Vikings (3-1), was the
quarterback who helped the Houston Oilers take a 35-3 lead over the
Buffalo Bills in the playoffs after the 1992 season. But Buffalo
rallied for a 41-38 victory.
Asked if he thought about the Buffalo collapse as he watched
