The Schreiber Pediatric Rehab Child Restraint Loaner Program,
funded by the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation, has car
seats available for families of children with special needs.
Car seats are available for loan for three months or less,
depending on the family's need. A $30 deposit is needed to borrow a
car seat and individuals should schedule an appointment with the
Schreiber Center to pick up the seat. To help maintain the loaner
