IT STARTED WITH those magnetized plastic letters you stick on the
fridge for your kids to play with.
Sandra Diem bought a few sets for her son, Sean, about 10 years
ago.
Something about those refrigerator magnets stuck.
And how.
Today, Diem has more than 4,000 refrigerator magnets stuck to just
about every magnetized surface in her New Holland home.
Actually, Diem keeps a running tab. The number when this story was
written was 4,203. It's higher now. Guaranteed. Diem can't stop.
"Anything that has a magnet on it, I'll take," she says with a
laugh.
She's got them on the fridge, of course. And the washer and the
