There are dozens of possibilities with this year's District Three
Wrestling Team Championships.
Well, there are at least 12 different possible champions in both
Class AAA and Class AA, because for the first time since its
inception in 1990, the district team tournament has expanded the
field from eight teams to 12.
Five of those entrants represent the L-L League, including Section
One champ Penn Manor and section runner-up Solanco, Section Two
titlist Ephrata, Section Three runner-up Northern Lebanon and section
third-place finisher Elco.
In Class AAA, the Mountaineers (10-0) earned the fifth seed, the
Comets (7-0) the sixth seed and the Golden Mules (7-2) the eighth
