Who'll grab the second Section 3 playoff berth in the Lancaster-
Lebanon League?
Undefeated Lancaster Catholic has already clinched one spot, but
three teams -- Elco, Pequea Valley and Columbia are still in the
running for the other spot with two games left in the section season.
Elco and PV are tied for second place. Both are 8-4 in the section
and 12-9 overall. Columbia is 6-6 and 12-9.
Elco will host Annville-Cleona (3-9, 4-17) Tuesday night and will
travel to Columbia Thursday night.
PV will host Lancaster Catholic (12-0, 21-0) Tuesday night and
will play at Donegal (6-6, 10-11) Thursday night.
Should PV upset Catholic and top Donegal, it would qualify for the
playoffs, if Elco loses to ...
