2297 Valley View Road, Narvon, sold for $365,000 to Leroy Esch,
Ronks, April 19 at a public sale of real estate, antiques, tools and
personal property for the Vera I. Gordon estate.
Other items that sold included a walnut high-poster bed, $925; a
tiger maple high-poster bed, $750; a wood box, $425; a two-piece
living room suite, $220; a Maytag washer, $200; a Maytag dryer, $190;
a player piano, $270; boxes of piano rolls, $60 to $175; a piano
