An Armstrong flooring product will take center stage tomorrow
night at Lincoln Financial Field, the new home of the Philadelphia
Eagles football team.
Football, the kind played with a round white ball, will be the
first sport played on Armstrong's DD GrassMaster surface -- a
synthetically reinforced natural grass system -- when English soccer
champions Manchester United take on Spanish powerhouse Barcelona FC.
GrassMaster is produced by Armstrong DLW AG, a subsidiary of
Armstrong Holdings, Inc., its sports flooring division operating as
Desso DLW Sports Systems in Belgium.
Spokesman Tom Burlington of Armstrong World Industries Inc. in
