Boston has many claims to fame: Paul Revere, Faneuil Hall, baked
beans and tea-party protests. But, for millions, the city is
synonymous with the Boston Pops.
This beloved symphonic orchestra has been serenading the nation
since 1885, popularizing classical music while wooing audiences with
exceptional arrangements of pop music and standards.
At 7:30 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 6, Bean Town's famed Boston Pops
Esplanade Orchestra will be making its first appearance in Chocolate
Town.
Director Keith Lockhart is looking forward to the musical ride
he's planned for the Giant Center audience in Hershey.
"We haven't performed in Hershey before, so it will be a great
