No one sings like Patsy Cline. Thats why her records continue to be best sellers, 40 years after her peak-of-stardom death in a 1963 plane crash at the age of 30.

Clines legend also is perpetuated by a hit film biography (1985s Sweet Dreams, with Jessica Lange lip-synching to Clines own recordings) and by two musical stage shows: A Closer Walk With Patsy Cline (a disc jockeys on-air tribute) and Always, Patsy Cline (a more theatrical vision of Cline in the context of her real-life meeting with her No. 1 fan in a Houston honky-tonk in 1961).

The latter is now playing at the Dutch Apple Dinner Theatre through Feb. 7.
