More than three months after plans for two new restaurants at Park
City Center were approved by the Lancaster City Planning Commission,
the name of one eatery has been revealed.
LongHorn Steakhouse, a national chain primarily in the
Southeastern and Midwestern United States, is scheduled to open in
November, said Rachel Gallagher, Park City's general manager.
It's the first of two restaurants that will be built near the
intersection of Harrisburg Pike and Plaza Boulevard. The 5,592-
square-foot LongHorn Steakhouse will be at the eastern end; an
unidentified "Italian-style" establishment will be at the opposite
end, along Plaza Boulevard across from Olive Garden Italian
Restaurant.
