It's a fierce, but friendly rivalry.
For three years in a row, Elizabethtown and Manheim Township high
schools have battled each other in the final rounds of the Lancaster-
Lebanon Quiz Bowl League Playoffs.
This year's tournament at Manheim Township High School Monday was
no exception.
Elizabethtown won for the third time. Final score: E-town 170,
Manheim Township 150.
E-town's players were elated.
"It's always tough to play Township," E-town senior Aaron Hernley
said. "They are always a good team."
Hernley's teammate and E-town captain, Jeff Ditzler, said, "It
seemed appropriate to come up against Township."
