Article: Lincoln Highway theme suggested for improvements in Columbia

Columbia Borough should know what its new sidewalk improvements will look like by the end of April and is currently putting together plans for a possible public unveiling in mid-May.

"Right now our Philadelphia-area landscape design firm (Larry Weaner & Associates) is talking to residents, gathering ideas and putting together a plan," Mayor Leo Lutz said Monday. "Once they have the drawings submitted, council will unveil the plans and then take a vote to decide what happens."
