Schreiber Pediatric Rehab Center will offer several winter
recreation programs beginning in January. The programs are geared to
children, teens and young adults with disabilities and developmental
delays but are open to all. Bumper Bowling, for ages 8 to 21, will be
held at Leisure Lanes, 3440 Columbia Ave., on Wednesdays, Jan. 18 to
March 15 (except for Feb. 1), from 4:15 to 6 p.m. The cost is $45,
and the registration deadline is Jan. 10. Junior Bumper Bowling, also
at Leisure Lanes, is for ages 3 to 6. The program will run from 1 to
2 p.m. on Tuesdays, Feb. 7, 14, 21 and 28. Parents must stay for each
session. The cost is $30, and the registration deadline is Jan. 20.
