HAPPY NEW YEAR, Exchangers. It's hard to believe another year has
passed. Hope this new one will be good for all of you. After all of
the holiday parties, you might be interested in easy recipes you can
throw together at the last minute. The ideas utilize cream cheese,
which I always have on hand. We also love cream cheese and olive
sandwiches; so it's good to just open the fridge and whip up a batch.
The cheese comes in the original, full of fat and most delicious
kind; a light version; and Neufchatel, which has1/3 less fat. It is
indeed a versatile product. Back in the '70s and '80s, when you new
generation of party hosts were but children, a popular item was an 8-
