The indictments of New York Giants offensive lineman Eric Moore
and Tampa Bay defensive lineman Mark Duckens on felony drug charges
of trafficking in anabolic steroids and human growth hormone are
expected to lead to the arrests of other NFL players, according to a
U.S. Drug Enforcement Agency agent.
"Let me state that the indictment and arrests of Moore and Duckens
clearly demonstrates that the NFL players are still using and
trafficking in steroids and human growth hormones," Garfield Hammonds
Jr., who is in charge of the DEA's Atlanta office said at a news
conference Wednesday after the indictments were announced.
"We anticipate the arrest of other NFL players."
