Claims retirement community is allowing non-members to use its facilities. Willow Valley disagrees.

Willow Valley Retirement Communities may be improperly allowing non-members to use at least some of its facilities.

That's according to a neighbor of the Willow Street retirement giant.

"Willow Valley is not holding true to the testimony that they presented to get this conditional use," said Don Witmer of Peach Bottom Road.

West Lampeter Township in 2000 granted Willow Valley conditional- use approval to build a medical residential campus on R-3 residential- zoned land off Peach Bottom Road and Wynwood Drive.
