New construction priced at under $200,000 is hard to find, but
Lebanon County is home to a new neighborhood that offers just that.
Fox Ridge, a three-phase subdivision of 188 townhouses, has floor
plans starting at less than $155,000. The South Lebanon Township
community is drawing a mix of buyers, from the immediate area and
beyond.
Lancaster's Hess Home Builders is the developer and builder of Fox
Ridge, which includes public water and sewer service and natural gas.
