It's good news each time we can read about Floyd Landis and the
competition in the Tour de France.
All my life, I've been a sports enthusiast, a participant more
than a spectator until very recent years as my health has caused
limitations.
This past summer, every opportunity I had, I would tune in and
watch the strenuous competition of the bikers, day after day. The
extreme endurance held my interest, especially one familiar name of
Floyd Landis and his family roots.
Personally speaking, no, I don't know him, but as coverage of the
race was printed, there was a certain kind of pride and loyalty for
