Sr. Dr. Wilson A. Foust, Sr., 101, of 3001 Lititz Pike, Lancaster,
formerly of New Holland, died Saturday, April 21, 2007 at Brethren
Village, Lancaster. Born in Allentown, he was the son of the late F.
Ellwood John and Elsie Arbogast Foust. His first wife, Elizabeth
Schmertz Foust, died August 29, 1986. On September 16, 1995 he
married Elizabeth Logue Fischer. After graduating from Hahnemann
Medical College in Philadelphia, PA in 1929, he opened his medical
practice in New Holland in 1931. He joined the staffs of St. Joseph,
Lancaster General, and Reading Homeopathic Hospitals in 1932, and
beginning in 1938 he operated the New Holland Maternity Home. During
