April 20, for the Zurin Living Trust, 210 Prospect Road, Mount
Joy. A 110-acre farm with a 1900 brick farmhouse, a modern milking
parlor with a 3,000-gallon tank, in the Agricultural Preservation
Conservation and Clean & Green easement program, sold for $1.32
million to Stone Wall Farms of Washington Boro.
April 21, for Stanley Hartman, 318 Laurel Ave., Lititz. A three-
bedroom brick-and-siding house with a sandstone addition sold for
$166,000 to Kathleen J. Hess of Lititz. Personal property that sold
included a revolving octagon, 12- drawer table by Michael Holstein of
