If you notice on your way home some night that there's more room to maneuver around the often-congested Harrisburg Pike/Good Drive intersection ... you'll be right.

To help motorists better avoid the "stacking" of vehicles at the intersection, a brief stretch of Harrisburg Pike has been widened several feet.

Before the project, which both started and finished this month, westbound motorists on Harrisburg Pike often could be slowed by vehicles in the left lane, waiting to make the left, or southbound, turn onto Good Drive.
