One of the most complex financial decisions in a person's life is
buying or selling a home.
Real estate agents and brokers must have thorough knowledge of
their local real estate market, which neighborhoods will fit a
client's budget, zoning laws and tax rates.
Real estate agents are usually independent sales consultants who
provide their expertise to a real estate broker. Real estate brokers
are people who sell, rent or manage real estate owned by others.
"It's exciting to see new buyers move into their homes," said Jim
