Q I have had my nose cauterized three times in the past 10 years
due to nosebleeds. Recently I read that vitamin E has blood thinning
agents. I eat Total cereal every morning, take a multi-vitamin plus a
vitamin E capsule. Is it possible I have overdosed on vitamin E and
that could possibly be the reason for my nosebleeds? I have stopped
taking the multi-vitamin plus the E capsule. I am relying on Total
for my daily requirements of vitamins. Am I really getting my daily
vitamin requirements from a bowl of cereal??
A Excessive vitamin E may have contributed to your nosebleeds
