RANDOLPH - Dunkin' Donuts will boost its north-of-the-border
presence after inking a pact with Canada's largest convenience store
chain to develop 100 franchises in Quebec during the next five years.
Dunkin' Donuts parent company, Randolph-based Allied Domecq Quick
Service Restaurants, said it had granted master licensee rights to
Alimentation Couche-Tard. The company owns more than 2,200
convenience stores in the United States and Canada.
"It's the most efficient way to build international markets," said
Paul Leech, international chief operating officer for Allied Domecq
