QUINCY - Lt. Gov. Kerry Healey will fill in for Gov. Mitt Romney at an "education town meeting" at 7 p.m. Tuesday at Quincy High School.

Romney, who planned to host the event, has a scheduling conflict, said Nicole St. Peter of the governor's press office.
