A Milton home condemned earlier this month for being "encrusted in human feces" and for other health code violations is being sold to a crime-scene cleanup company.

Meanwhile, animal protection officials have determined that animals found in the freezer of the home at 120 Warren Ave. died of natural causes.

Police made the foul find May 3 after responding to a domestic abuse complaint filed by one of the residents, Gail DeThomaso, 52.

They arrived to find the accused, Margaret Bauer, 51, naked on the porch and covered in human feces. Inside, the walls and floors were saturated with human feces and urine. A toilet had been ripped from the floor and placed in a bathtub.
