If your appetite for all things deco is only whetted by the Museum
of Fine Art's new exhibition, here's a list of related events, at the
museum and elsewhere in Boston: Film: "Metropolis" - Fritz Lang's
masterpiece of German Expressionist cinema will be shown Sept. 30-
Oct. 2 at the Museum of Fine Art's Remis Auditorium, with live
musical accompaniment by the Alloy Orchestra. Admission: museum
members/seniors/students $16; nonmembers $20. One showing each day;
call the box office at 617-369-3306. Glass blowing demonstration:
Artists from Diablo Glass and Metal will demonstrate glass blowing
and fusing techniques at a portable furnace outside the museum's West
Wing entrance; 11 a.m.-4 p.m. ...
