KINGSTON - What happened to a half-million gallons of water that went into the Kingston Car Wash but apparently did not come out?

This is one of the questions the board of health hopes to have answered when it meets with representatives from the car wash May 9.

The board is investigating residents' complaints about dirty, smelly water running into the street from the side of the car wash last month.
