regular season, its team will retain the National Basketball
Association championship, even if he has to single-handedly win it
for them. Michael Jordan then opens the playoffs by hitting nine of
his first 12 shots, scores 35 points and leads the Bulls to a 114-90
rout of the Atlanta Hawks, eliciting a huge sigh of relief from the
populace, which then scurries from the Stadium to map out parade
routes.
