When a building is still in use after 325 years, there's reason to feel awe and pride. In celebration of this landmark, Old Ship Meeting House will hold a party and activities during the next six months to welcome the wider community. Old Ship, built as a church and meeting house in 1681 and now home to a Unitarian Universalist congregation, is the oldest wooden building of continuous use in the country and one of the few surviving meeting house of its period.
